1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the 7u7774 platform (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. 7u7774 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 7u7774 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 7u7774 support may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full functionality of the 7u7774 Platform, you must complete the registration process via the 7u7774 Login page and create a personal account (your "Account"). The following rules govern the creation and use of your Account:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly forbidden and will be closed immediately upon detection, with any associated balances subject to review.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
• Account credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Unauthorised access: You must notify 7u7774 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• Account transfer: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights associated with it to any other individual or entity.

7u7774 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out in this clause.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 7u7774 Platform are conducted exclusively through the following Bangladesh mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Credit card, debit card, bank wire, and cryptocurrency transactions are not currently accepted.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Using payment accounts registered in another person's name is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit. Standard processing time is within 24 hours. VIP Gold and Diamond tier members receive priority withdrawal processing.
• Verification holds: 7u7774 reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests pending identity verification or fraud investigation. You will be notified via your registered contact details if your withdrawal is subject to a hold.
• Currency: All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).
• Transaction fees: 7u7774 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 7u7774 accepts no responsibility.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

7u7774 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and transparent gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from a confirmed software error are void and will not be paid out.
• Colluding with other players, game operators, or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, 7u7774 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the relevant account, void all affected wagers, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting markets offered on 7u7774, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports. • Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 7u7774. 7u7774 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion without being required to provide a reason.
• Odds: Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked in for that bet regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Abandoned events: If a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum required play for settlement has occurred, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise specified in sport-specific rules.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) bets are settled based on the official result at the completion of the applicable event. 7u7774 accepts no responsibility for telecommunications failures that prevent in-play bet placement.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7u7774 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

7u7774 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted by law, 7u7774's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

7u7774 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

All data transmitted between your device and the 7u7774 Platform is protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. 7u7774 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your payment credentials for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are never stored in plain text on 7u7774 servers.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to 7u7774's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] with full written details of your complaint.

13 Amendments & Termination

7u7774 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 7u7774 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by displaying an updated effective date at the top of this page or by contacting you via your registered account details. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

7u7774 may suspend or terminate your Account at any time if you are found to be in breach of these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraudulent or illegal activity associated with your Account, or if we determine that continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players. Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in your Account may be subject to review before release.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 7u7774 support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any verified balance will be returned to your registered mobile wallet after applicable checks.
